Digital products and immediate access

All products sold in our shop are digital files (such as LUTs, presets and editing assets) that are delivered immediately by download after purchase. Because our products are digital and made available to you right away, special rules apply to cancellations and refunds, which are explained below.

 

Right of withdrawal for EU consumers and its expiry

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital content that is supplied immediately, this right expires once delivery has begun, provided that you have (1) expressly consented to immediate delivery and (2) acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

You give this consent at checkout by ticking the required checkbox before submitting your order, and we confirm your consent, and the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal once the download begins, to you by email after the order is placed.

If you have not yet started your download, you may still withdraw within 14 days by contacting us at shop@niklaschristl.com, stating your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email and refund any payment received without undue delay.

 

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, completed digital purchases are non-refundable once the download has begun, in line with the expiry of the right of withdrawal described above.

 

Faulty or defective products

Your statutory rights in respect of defective or faulty products remain unaffected. If a product is defective or does not work as described, please contact us at shop@niklaschristl.com with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will arrange a fix, replacement or refund as required by applicable law.
